These Terms of Service explain the rules for using SnapsJo. By accessing SnapsJo, creating an account, uploading a photo, generating a portrait, buying credits, downloading a result, or using any related feature, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use SnapsJo.

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and SnapsJo.

You agree to these Terms when you:

Who May Use SnapsJo

SnapsJo is intended for adults.

If you use SnapsJo on behalf of another person, child, family member, business, or organization, you confirm that you have authority and permission to do so.

Parent, Guardian, and Authorized User Responsibility

SnapsJo may allow users to create baby, newborn, child, family, pet, couple, headshot, and personal portraits.

If you upload a photo of a baby, child, or minor, you confirm that:

Do not upload photos of children, babies, adults, or any person if you do not have permission to use those photos.

Your Account

You may need an account to save portraits, manage credits, download results, request edits, or access your portrait studio.

SnapsJo may refuse, suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the service, abuse payments or credits, or harm other users, SnapsJo, or third parties.

The SnapsJo Service

SnapsJo lets users upload a photo, choose a portrait style, generate AI-assisted portraits, request edits, and download completed images.

SnapsJo may add, remove, test, limit, or change features at any time.

Some features may be free. Other features may require credits or payment.

SnapsJo is not a traditional photography studio. Results are created using software, AI systems, editing workflows, and third-party service providers.

User Photos and Uploaded Content

You keep ownership of photos you upload.

By uploading a photo to SnapsJo, you give SnapsJo a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, copy, process, modify, transmit, display, and use the photo only as needed to:

Generated Portraits and AI Output

Generated portraits are created using AI-assisted image processing and related technologies.

AI-generated images may contain mistakes, distortions, mismatches, artifacts, unusual details, inaccurate features, or unexpected results.

You are responsible for reviewing generated portraits before downloading, printing, sharing, publishing, selling, or using them.

SnapsJo does not guarantee:

Ownership and License

You keep any rights you have in your uploaded photos.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SnapsJo allows you to use generated portraits for personal use.

Commercial use depends on:

SnapsJo does not give legal advice and does not guarantee that a generated portrait is cleared for commercial, advertising, trademark, publicity, or merchandising use.

SnapsJo keeps ownership of its website, code, design, brand, logo, templates, prompts, workflows, software, style system, theme structure, UI, documentation, and service infrastructure.

You may not copy, resell, clone, scrape, reverse engineer, or reproduce SnapsJo’s platform, design, style library, prompts, workflows, or business logic.

No Guarantee of Exact Results

SnapsJo tries to create high-quality portraits, but AI results are not promised.

The final image may look different from your expectation, the selected style, or the uploaded photo.

You understand that:

SnapsJo may provide edit credits, revision options, or support tools, but this does not create a promise of an imperfection-free result.

Credits, Free Portraits, Payments, and Billing

SnapsJo may offer free credits, free first portraits, paid credit packs, image credits, edit credits, promotional credits, or other purchase options.

Credits are digital service credits. They are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or financial instruments.

SnapsJo may change prices, credit packs, free offers, and promotional offers at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed unless required by law or stated otherwise.

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. SnapsJo does not store your full card details on its own servers.

You are responsible for:

Credits may be deducted when processing starts. If a generation fails due to a system error, SnapsJo may restore credits, retry generation, or provide another reasonable fix.

Your first portrait is free only when your account is eligible. Extra portraits and edits require credits.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is explained in the Refund Policy.

Digital credits, generated portraits, and AI processing costs may be non-refundable once used, unless required by law or stated in the Refund Policy.

SnapsJo may refuse refunds where there is evidence of:

Failed Generations and Technical Errors

If a generation fails due to a system error, SnapsJo may restore credits, retry the generation, or provide another reasonable fix.

A result is not considered failed only because:

Edits and Revisions

SnapsJo may allow users to request edits or refinements.

Child Safety and Minor-Related Content

SnapsJo has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material, sexualized minor content, exploitation, grooming, or any harmful use involving minors.

Do not upload or generate any sexual, exploitative, abusive, or inappropriate content involving minors.

SnapsJo may remove content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, and report suspected illegal content to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

Baby and child portrait features are intended only for safe, family-friendly, authorized portrait creation by adults with proper rights and permission.

Intellectual Property and Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on SnapsJo violates your copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights, contact us with:

SnapsJo may remove or restrict content while reviewing a complaint.

Submitting false or misleading complaints may have legal consequences.

Third-Party Services and AI Providers

SnapsJo relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, AI processing, payments, email, analytics, storage, and support.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, limits, outages, and processing rules.

SnapsJo is not responsible for third-party failures, downtime, policy changes, pricing changes, model behavior, payment provider decisions, or processing errors outside SnapsJo’s reasonable control.

Privacy

Your use of SnapsJo is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how SnapsJo collects, uses, stores, shares, and handles information, including uploaded photos and generated portraits.

By using SnapsJo, you agree that your information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service Availability and Changes

SnapsJo may update, modify, pause, discontinue, limit, or remove any part of the service at any time.

SnapsJo does not guarantee that:

Account Suspension and Termination

SnapsJo may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access if:

User Responsibility and Indemnification

You are responsible for your use of SnapsJo, your uploaded photos, your generated portraits, your edit requests, your sharing activity, and your violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SnapsJo, its founder, owners, team members, contractors, service providers, partners, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

SnapsJo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapsJo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapsJo, its founder, owners, team members, contractors, service providers, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapsJo’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to SnapsJo in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 USD, whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits on liability, so some limits may not apply to you.

No Professional Advice

SnapsJo does not provide legal, copyright, privacy, advertising, commercial, tax, or professional advice.

You are responsible for deciding whether your uploaded photo, generated portrait, download, publication, commercial use, or sharing activity is lawful and appropriate.

Disputes, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction

Any dispute related to SnapsJo should first be raised by contacting support so both sides can try to resolve the issue informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled according to the laws and courts applicable to the legal entity operating SnapsJo, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Business Transfers

If SnapsJo is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, transfer of business, or similar transaction, these Terms and user accounts may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Changes to These Terms

SnapsJo may update these Terms from time to time.

When we update the Terms, we will change the “Last updated” date.

Continued use of SnapsJo after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms, where allowed by law.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using SnapsJo.
