Credits are used when a generation or edit starts. AI results can vary based on photo quality, face visibility, lighting, and selected style. Upload a clear photo for the best result.
SnapsJo creates personalized digital portraits using AI. This policy explains when credits are returned, when paid refunds may be approved, and when purchases are final.
Our goal is simple: if something fails because of our system, we make it right. If credits are used to create or edit a portrait, the purchase is usually final because the work is personalized and processing costs begin once the request starts.

SnapsJo uses credits for portrait generation and edits.
A generation credit is used when you start creating a portrait. An edit credit is used when you start editing a portrait. Free credits, bonus credits, promotional credits, and gifted credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded for money.
Once a generation or edit begins, the credit is normally treated as used because the request is sent for AI processing.
New users may receive a free first portrait or free starter credit if this offer is available in the product.
Free portraits and free credits are provided as a trial experience. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or refunded.
We will return the used credit to your SnapsJo wallet when:
When this happens, the usual remedy is a credit return to your SnapsJo wallet so you can try again.
A refund to your original payment method may be approved when:
Approved refunds are sent through the payment provider. The time it takes for money to appear in your account depends on the payment provider, card network, bank, or wallet provider.

AI results can vary. SnapsJo does not promise that every portrait will match a user’s expectations, exact facial details, pose, lighting, or style preference. We provide edit options so users can refine results before using or downloading them.
SnapsJo is designed to create beautiful personalized portraits, but AI-generated images are not manual studio photography.

For best results, upload a clear front-facing photo with good lighting and a visible face.
If the result is close but needs improvement, use the available edit options before requesting a refund. Refunds are not normally provided when the product successfully generated a portrait but the user prefers a different artistic direction.
Contact SnapsJo support first if you believe there is a billing issue. We can usually review failed credits, duplicate charges, or payment mistakes faster through support.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we may pause access to the related order, credits, or account while the dispute is being reviewed. We may provide order records, credit usage records, generation logs, policy acceptance records, and related account activity to the payment provider as part of the dispute process.
