Getting started
Yes. Your first portrait does not use image credits and includes up to 4 free edits. No credit card needed.
No. Choose a portrait style, upload one clear photo, and SnapsJo handles the scene, lighting, and mood.
Your portrait saves to your Studio. Add the Studio Pack only when you want more portraits or extra edits.
Uploading photos
One clear photo with a visible face, even lighting, and a plain background. Front-facing photos work best. Avoid heavy filters.
Most common photo formats, including JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, GIF, BMP, and TIFF, within the size limit shown on the upload page.
For baby portraits, one baby in the photo gives the best result.
Credits and edits
Your first free portrait includes up to 4 edits. After that, each refinement uses 1 edit credit.
Use edit credits for small changes like a softer background, better lighting, or hand fixes without starting over.
The Studio Pack is a one-time $9.99 purchase: 100 image credits and 50 edit credits. No subscription.
Privacy and data
Your uploads and portraits are only visible to you while signed in. They are not shown publicly.
SnapsJo does not use uploaded photos or generated portraits to train public AI models. Authorized service providers may process photos only as needed to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Delete portraits from your studio anytime. For full account deletion, contact us.
Payments and refunds
No. Credits are a one-time purchase and stay in your account until you use them.
No credits are added if checkout does not complete. You can try again from Pricing or your studio.
