• High-resolution digital image delivery
• Immediate processing and generation
• Digital download of final images

This is a digital service that processes and generates content immediately upon payment. No physical products are delivered.

3. User Eligibility and Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payment: All payments must be made in advance of service delivery. Prices are subject to change without notice.

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service and immediate processing, NO REFUNDS are provided for completed transactions. By purchasing our service, you explicitly agree to this no-refund policy.

Service Completion: The service is considered complete upon image generation and delivery. Processing begins immediately upon payment confirmation.

5. User Content and Uploaded Images

By uploading images to our service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the legal right to use all uploaded images
• You have obtained necessary permissions for all individuals in the images
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content is not illegal, offensive, or inappropriate
• You will not upload copyrighted material without permission
• You grant SnapsJo a license to process your images for service delivery

Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Rights: You retain ownership of your original uploaded images.

Generated Images: AI-generated images are provided for personal use only. Commercial use requires written permission from SnapsJo.

Our Rights: SnapsJo retains all rights to our technology, algorithms, processes, and may use generated images for promotional purposes.

Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our AI technology or processes.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer our technology
• Interfere with or disrupt our service

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SnapsJo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your upload of inappropriate or illegal content
• Any claims made by third parties related to your use of our service

11. Termination

By You: You may stop using our service at any time.

By Us: SnapsJo may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
